First Off
Your going to want to add the Target on Skype. This method only works if you have him accepted as a Skype contact.
Note: The Skype database Updates their contacts about every 15-30 mins to the FaceBook servers. Be patient.

Secondly
Go to http://www.facebook.com/?sk=ff From here you can add friends through Skype, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Sbcglobal/ect...

Note: Names blacked out for privacy. That is where their actual Skype name should be.

Note: Do not add people through the Skype find friends button on FB.
Instead, Simply search their name that is associated with the facebook account you found with http://www.facebook.com/?sk=ff and refrence the picture. If you add them through the Skype Checkmark system it will send them a message in skype saying "Hello target, I'm user on Facebook and I want to add you" This will be a tip off to the target that your attempting to dox him.

Note:Your also going to want an alternate Facebook account. [Preferably of a Hot Female] to add the target on if his account is private.
Almost any sane man adds a beautiful woman to his Friends list.

What to do with this information?

-Find their family members over 18 and find listings through http://www.anywho.com/whitepages
-Find long lost friends .
-Scare people through skype.
-Dox only through skype.
