OK, so I am currently 'window shopping' for a VPS that provides IRCd access, spent half an hour or so on WebHostingTalk and found a few, these are all the most basic VPS option available for each provider. Some may be slightly out of date as they were old threads but they still should accept IRC (I did check as many as I could).

I hope the below is of use to some of you, I've seen a few questions lately about where you can host..

Thanks for Seedlightning, i'll add it to post #1.

I emailed DMEhosting at 21:56 last night, and got a response at 06:19 this morning. Thats GMT time.

I think i'll go with DMEHosting because they have Remote Desktop capabilities on a few of their OS's

Thank You Very Much For This Post !
If can, +rep.

[SeedyAre]

Hey, im looking to purchase a WINDOWS VPS/RDP, can anyone recommend me to a good one where i can host a Server?

What type of server? Because I know DMEHosting do Remote Access (VNC) to their linux servers.

Its not an ircd server is it you want to host on a windows box?

[AnonymouSFreak]

Are they unmanaged?
can i host Botnets without getting closed?

Yeah if you don't get caught, but DME is located in the US, bad idea.
