Maybe find some members and buy btc from them at 15% rate
I don't think any sites accept 2k$ or if some sites do it they will request ID verification and shit and it will take time

I think one site that one member post here was doing that amounts but need id verification and it take some time (1-2 days I think max)

After that just find some guy here that do exchanges over PM or some guy on skype
