Just buy that one. That seller has more than enough feedback. I've bought 50+ things off Ebay with no problems even from newer users.

Go ahead, if it doesn't ship message the seller, if he doesn't reply eBay will step in and refund the money. They did for me with no problem

Yeah just make sure to proceed with Paypal, don't use any other payment methods..
Also, an iPhone 5 isn't a good investment, it's getting old (you have the 5S, 6 and 6S already...), with iOS 10 it will probably be unusable.
