You'll need a Paypal business account (to have access to their API and their callbacks), a server-side language, and a Database to store the accounts. When a callback is received, it should pick an entry from the database, save it to the order, and delete the entry from the database, so it isn't reused.

try using Sellan, you can let the buy button directly rederect to the sellan payment page and it will pick a random account, or atleast it will take the one from the first line and after purchase remove it if i am right :)
