I've tried everything but my Cybergate won't work (1.5)

I ported the ports 82
I made no-ip account and downloaded the client
I set everything up to my no-ip domain
but when I run the server on my own pc, it wont show up

help?

I am using a d-link router

I also deleted my anti virus (AVG) and disabled my firewall
maybe i need to crypt it?

Try using port 43300
On some routers ports under that are blocked.
Crypting it would do nothing. Check your UAC settings (turn it off). Then update your DUC. If that still doesn't work. Message me. Also double check the IP you forwarded your port to. Sometimes your static IP becomes dynamic when you have new additions to the network: new computers, ps3's, xbox 360s.
