Connection List

So I am creating a program just to log all active users that have the client open.. Just general info like Host Address and HWID.

Would anyone mind helping point me in the right direction?
Easy way is to do a shell command and take stream, and split it into a listbox or something.

PM'ed hopefully you can help me with this.

Still need help with this..

Can anyone please help?
There are two simple ways I can think of doing this.

1). Have the client connect to a server and send data (like Tweety said). The server will then receive it, split it by a delimiter, and then add to the listview.

2). Not sure if this will work, but I'm gonna give it a go. Create a PHP script where it will store the information. When the client is opened, make it send a webrequest to the PHP page. Your logger (the application that will take logs) will download the PHP and put it into listviews. Once again, not sure if this method will work. Just thought of it while I was writing this :P

...really? Look on Google then.
Code
using System.Net;
using System.Net.Sockets;

Socket client = new Socket(...);
client.Connect(new IPEndPoint(IPAddress.Parse("127.0.0.1"), 100));
