Hi I'm not sure if it is this what you meant but with

%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState

you can put a computer into suspend or hibernation. Depends on the configuration of the system. you can check it by typing "Powercfg.cpl" in the command prompt or run menu. Then a configuration window will pop up.
