He's selling a method on jacking accounts that are not his. It's in the same area, whether its social engineering or whatever. This is illegal activity, and thus it isn't allowed.

Jacking accounts has literally nothing to do with dumps. Is he selling stolen accounts? No. Please tell me how:

Providing accounts that don't belong to you, whether in trades, for sale, or free, dumps are not allowed. The definition of a dump is a file with logins, passwords, personal details or emails. We do define "combo lists" as dumps as well.

He's providing THE METHOD. If you provide a method of how to make crack cocaine, you are just as guilty as selling it, if you knew the intent was illegal.

Like I've said before, staff already said no. So OP should wait on official staff confirmation that its not allowed. The search feature is our friend, and so are the Help Docs. You can't sell accounts that are not yours, so basic 1st grade logic should ring a bell in your head, that says you can't sell the method to obtain such accounts.

3. No giveaways or requests for free MC accounts.
4. No selling, trading, buying, offering, requesting any MC codes for new accounts.
