-What experiences do you have with dogs in general (previous dog owner, new dog owner, puppies, family, what?): My first dog -What kind of dog/puppy do you have/are you getting: Jack Russel -Age and sex of dog/puppy: 4years old, Femail -Describe your question or concern in as much detail as you can:My dog used to run after other dogs and bark at then and get very aggressive but since she was attacked by two German shepherds, she is very scared of big dogs, so scared that if they come close to her, she will scream and try to run home, but she is find with smaller dogs however she does still act like before the attack with small dogs. I do have all the requirements and will be very glad to get a reply back from you. Jack russels are super trainable but you need A LOT OF PATIENCE! They are in my opinion the most active dogs I've ever trained. They can run for hours, play fetch, etc, and after 4 hours of non stop running you can come inside and they'll still act like they never went out. The fear of other dogs if she was attacked is completely reasonable but we need to break her mindset of believing all dogs (bigger than her) are going to hurt her and this is 100% up to you to correct. Dogs unlike us can get past fear VERY quickly if the have the right associations shown to them.
