Well I mean they even have a "good" ToS, idk if you can copy that from somewhere else, but that's just my opinion

You can buy prepaid debit cards, those might work. I think you might need to be 16 to buy them, but if you got friends/family they can buy them for you. Good to keep some handy if you want to use them for online purchases.

The seller's paypal forces you to add a card lol, which is what i can't do
