\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup Plz Help

You would have to read it from your resources as bytes and write it to the folder you specified.
I think it would be something like
IO.File.Writeallbytes(my.resources.resource, "directory/resource.exe")

windowsupdate.exe is a rat i guess, try reading the bytes from the file in resources with file.readallbytes() then inject it

the AV's will be really suspicious if you drop it to appdata...
