So I got a new laptop, and there's a bunch of bullshit on it.

It's 8.1 Pro

When I try to factory restore and reinstall windows it says "Insert Windows Installation or recovery media." I currently do not have a disk or the windows disc, how to go on with this?

Do you have an activation key for your system? If yes, you can create the installation medium yourself.

I don't have an activation key :/ its an old pc so im not used to it at all, like instead of OS:C its D drive and its completely full even tho I deleted hella and uninstalled every program on pc this is happening to me as well please help

You have two possibilities.
1. You can try to get the key using this programme: Windows Product Key Viewer
2. We can remove any malware and PUP's manually.
