Boys I've been working with in the past made up to 4-5 figures per month.
YES this was thanks to a lot of investments, but we started all the same:

1. Create youtube videos related to a niche (whitehat preferably)
2. Redirect your visitors (who watched your niche, proof and other valuable info) to your CPA/PPI site (cpa = like PINs/ survey. PPI = like installing apps to continue, higher Conv % but lower amount per "lead/install").
3. Let the traffic go viral at your site, by adding social lockers (like, tweet, google plus to continue) this is good for SEO & creating viral content
4. Adjust your videos, site, descriptions, images when needed
5. Repeat until it's "perfect" and then bank hard from 1 niche (repeat process with other niches to maximize your profit).

Tools:
GSA tools (to do SEO relative cheap)
YouTube video uploader / mass uploader
Photoshop (to edit your videos for "real" proof)

Good explanation, but still looks like alot of effort to just start off and I bet there's alot of more to make something outta that. Was always sceptical about CPA thing, but have seen countless people making bank outta this :/

Why are you not doing it anymore? Because it doesn't work. I made thousands of youtube as well. But it doesn't roll that way anymore.

Just so people won't be dissapointed when they fail to earn.

edit; i received his method, it's good and this will maximize your chances of video ranking up, but we are not in 2010 anymore and it will be a lot harder to get a good rank, hence most will be unsuccesful in my opinion.
