I am currently looking for a quality web designer who can also code the template as well. The template will be based around web hosting so make sure you have great ideas in mind for this design. I am not looking to spend bullshit like $100 for one page and $50 for additional or whatever some of you I've ran across charge.

If you're interested, please send me a PM with your portfolio and approx. price range in which you generally charge with pages included. I won't entertain anyone who is going to charge outrageous amounts or doesn't have a portfolio ready to go with some web designs in it. Please also read my signature; I do NOT deal offsite.

Note: I will not pay any non-refunded down payment/deposit. I can put money up front but if it turns out the design is not what I want, I'm not going to just throw away money. I will pay the full amount once you show me the final design and revisions if necessary have been made. That being said, submit a watermarked version if you're worried.

Ah, definitely should have reworded it. I can do an up-front payment but nothing in terms of non-refundable.
