If I do not have the BTC in my wallet. Yet I send a friend who does have it some cash can he then pay my upgrade fee or does he need to send it to me then I pay it?

Correct me If I am wrong, I'm pretty sure you're able to do this.

ooops it say paid 99% I hope I can just send more. I guess the whole transaction fee wasn't paid. I hope I am not out that money, but lesson learned if I do. |
