Are there any groups (official and nonofficial i really dont care) that are willing to teach programming, practical uses, and work on projects together. Like an actual productive group not just a lounge

Ah, see you didn't state that so it came off like you were demanding things. I am sorry, if you are looking for someone then you should try looking in the paid services section. They might even have a section specifically for developers offering their service. Just browes the marketplace but before posting anything; be sure to post in the correct section.
