looking for a software that will detect a rat then trace it back to a source and hack back that source, or be able to remotely send the rat info to an upload site or email.

hmmm .. if you think you are infected check out Malware, Rat, and Virus Removal our malware/virus removal WhiteHat Section.
Now if some butthole is sending you crapware/malware by all means upload it to app.any.run or https://www.hybrid-analysis.com/ and also VirusTotal.com you will basically burn their payload. Think of how much time and money (crypter/RAT) they probably spent on making their file pass antivirus, wreck their day by uploading it and letting researchers analyze the file(s) and to report the person to their ISP or noip account or domain provider. Most email providers tend to block executables and other potentially malicious files, you also should be able to do this depending on your email client. Edit: I should also include that not very many malware authors implement their own tcp/ip stack so netstat would be helpful although wireshark might be a bit better in the traceback. Edit to the Edit: If you have not executed the malware of course DO NOT run it, hence why I suggested online analysis platforms, please post the links if you do an online analysis platform. |
