Quaden Bayles has made headlines lately over a video of him in tears and muttering about how he will kill himself - he is 9 years old. Though I don't dispute that he is facing bullying, I think his mother is exploiting him to beef up her purse. He can now be seen on social media flaunting his money, designer clothes, interactions with rappers and being asked onto the pitch of a football game.

I think it's good for the kids self esteem but I agree I think the mom is using him and my ears poked up as soon as I heard her say in front of her kid "and you wonder why kids are killing themselves?" and he then immediately asked for a knife to stab himself after. Why would she say that in front of her distraught 9 year old?

Yeah, there is a picture somewhere of him on actors for hire page. That's why I never fall for this shit, it's the internet, there is always 2 sides of the story. Unfortunately 1000s of sheep will fall for it, give them publicity, money etc.

She is lining her own pockets with the cash she never intended to use to start a campaign etc. If she did right with that money, even if this is a lie, I would respect the decision. Unfortunately this isn't the case. More news has come out that he himself is actually a bully at school, and when confronted about it he curls up and plays the "I'm being bullied" card. A schoolmate's parent has spoken out.

The truth can't be hidden for much longer. Noone ever gets away with something this big. If it by chance happens to be real, of course that is a possibility, I still feel the same. Read my reply to the lest quote. (TL;DR: Not using money to start campaign, but to live a lavish lifestyle).

Did he really deserve it though? A couple hundred thousand in a couple of days is a lot more than a lot of celebrities that worked hard for their position. This little kid had to put up with childhood.

I did see the news of him being 18. I'm sure it's fake news, but if not - all the more shame on him when it's found out, which won't be long.

Personally it seems like the kid was bullied because he’s one of those kids who flex on Instagram and think they’re better then everyone else. Those aren’t new post of him with money he’s been acting like that for a while.

It's another classic internet era clusterfuck. I can't work out whats going on. People say it's real, people say it's fake. Personally, and I don't mean this in a nasty way, I don't care. I am just getting on with my life and the things I can control and have to deal with.
