I will vouch for this seller and the service!
About the seller: Super helpful and answers any and all questions/concerns. I asked the guy so many questions I felt like I was annoying him at certain times but he kept reassuring me it was all good.
About the service: Pretty easy to set up. He'll walk you through it (if you're a newbie) if needed. And he also explains how you can set up others (for your reseller business) as well as helpful guidelines, tips, on how to price your services properly. So far, the service (IPTV) has been pretty great. My only qualms is that there are certain channels (like international) that will have no picture / no information but that is because nothing would be currently airing on that channel at the moment I checked.
However, as far as mainstream stuff that most people would care about (US news, family, movie, sports, children channels), those are consistently up and running which means your customers are going to find it pretty hard to get bored if trying to find something to watch (not to mention a massive VOD directory). There's even 24/7 channels like for example if you wanted to watch Family Guy 24/7 it literally just runs the show 24/7, and these 24/7 channels are also broken down into genres so you can find your favorites pretty easily.
Overall, I recommend working with SIM—I felt like he was pretty transparent and about what you would get and what you wouldn't get.
