I have a spare runescape account I've been sitting on for awhile. Not the OG owner but have been in possession for over 3 years. Would I be able to give this away or would it conflict with a different rule? Thanks.

RS has a subscription model and is therefore categorized as a NFA. Unfortunately this means that you can't use it as a prize in a contest/giveaway.
