Where in the Help Docs does it address emojis in thread titles? If you don't know the answer then you don't need to post something misleading.

Emojis are stripped from thread titles. You can put them in but when you post the thread they will be gone.

We use a strict character set for the thread titles to avoid spammy looking forums. It's automated so an attempt to use an emoji would simply result in it being stripped from the subject after you posted.
