i am looking for a person who is in germany. The address of the person I am looking for is blocked at the residents' registration office (information block).
Who can help to find out the address?

You are a PI in one of your thread. How come you need this one? If the inputs are digitally recorded-you need a hacker then, if not your PI skills is enough.

Yes, I am a PI. The person has incurred large debts and harmed my client. I can not get the address in the normal way.
Can you assist?

Someone hacked my computer and wants me to know they hacked me but doesn't want to reveal who they are so I'm asking is there anyone who knows how to figure out who hacked them

Just reformat your computer then change all your passwords. No sense in going on a wild goose hunt.
