All free sms verification services have blacklisted phones in 2020, even the paid one's i know of..
it seems there is no up to thread service for this in HF

What do you need this for, and what country does the phone number have to be from? I know a couple of free, and paid options that still work today.

http://smspva.com Should work completely fine, they sell Yahoo verifications at 0.005$ each. Let me know if it works for you, I have a free option for you as well, but I'm not sure if it will work for Yahoo.
