There are websites out there that collect alot of stolen databases and allow you to search them for accounts etc.

You can also put their email into https://haveibeenpwned.com to see which databases the email address is contained in. Then you could search online to try and find a download of that database.

Most databases these days do not contain a clear view password, but instead a password hash.

Depending on the length and different characters in the password, it could be very easy or very hard to bruteforce the hash to know the password.
