Bought a key 24h which didn’t register, sent multiple pings on Discord for assistance but still hasn’t gotten an answer on my ticket even though one of Brox’s admins has seen & answered once in the ticket.
I’m not saying it’s 100% a scam but at best case scenario they don’t care about the customer as soon as the money lands in their account. Be aware.

EDIT: After checking every page of this thread is just filled with similar experiences as mine, i HIGHLY recommend not doing business here and if you’ve got scammed aswell open a ticket here on HF.

I have been waiting a WHOLE WEEK for a YouTube premium upgrade. A few messages on discord and telegram. One time they tried the upgrade, saying it’s not working due to region locked. I removed the lock, now again waiting for 48 hours for something to happen

There is really no doubt that this seller is a scam. Waiting for three weeks now for YouTube premium upgrade. They are almost never online on any platform. If they are, they ask you for order ID after you give it to them they disappear and don’t reply anymore. They don’t give you what you ordered and they also don’t refund you.
