THIS GUY SCAMMED ME FOR $10

I wanted some money in my LR account and was willing to pay via paypal. He contacted me and we had a deal. Then I paid him $10 via paypal (first). When the transaction was sucessfull he never replied. :x

I've created this topic because this is not the first time he has scammed someone. He has scammed more 3 or 4 people (in my knowledge). Donno about more.

While I was taking Screenshots he also changed his Name so that when I create a scam report then people cannot recognize him.

I REQUEST THE ADMINS TO PLEASE TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM AS THIS IS HIS 5th TIME FOR SCAMS!!!

Looks legit scam report. Why did u exchange with him if he had scam reports in the past?
