That nokia is handy only because of it's qwerty keyboard tbh, the latest desires rape (emulating BT4 and so on).

I'v been considering getting a HTC Desire HD for some time now, but after reading this I'm considering the N900. Do you think it is better than the Desire HD? Unfortunately, I can't get the N900 on a decent enough contract for less than £32 whereas the HD I can get it for £25 a month and on a better network. Do you think I should go for the N900? Is there an equivalent phone that was released later than this phone? There aren't as many contracts for this phone since it was released quite a while ago.

first of all, i appreciate your big tut And big explanation on "how to hack with a cellphone" is very interesting.
And, at the end, you finish and say us that Nokia N900 is the best one for hacking: wirless systems & have a " pocket linux "
So, i ask myself:
1-to school i am learning linux, do you think with this phone i can use it like a real unix (debian) system?
2-i have already a nokia n95, this phone doesn't works like the N900? ( or if i can install a unix system here like the n900 os)
3-what do you think about the SAMSUNG PLAYER ADDICT, who is running a WindowsMobile os, you dont think that he can do all that hacks like wep hack, fake sms/call... someone told me its one of better phones (because you have the liberty, like the n900, to execute binary or windows files, navigation...)

Nice TuT, just read both parts..
One question.. The Nokia n900.. When you are hacking wifi using the phone, or spoofing phone calls etc.. I'm assuming its best to do it with a pay as you talk sim and not a contract sim?
Or can you still hide your identity even though the network have all your details (if your on a contract tariff)??
I know this is probably a STUPID f'ing question, but hey.. I am humble guy :)

Might be a stupid question, but all I want to ask is, isn't a jailbroken iphone 4 the best phone? Android OS phone such as galaxy s2 seems good too.
I never use nokia before but I've heard that it's lack of apps or something like that? Not a lot of people uses nokia phone nowadays...
