Introcuction
Before we start I will show what you will be able to so you don't get disappointed.

So we wrote "Katie" to this girl's cheek. When following this tutorial, make sure your settings are always equal to the ones displayed in screenshots.
Requirements
Creating the text
1. Go to http://www.mylivesignature.com/ and click the "Click here to start" button.
2. Choose "signature wizard" from the list
3. Enter the text you want
4. Choose a font, my favorite is number 13
5. Choose the biggest size.
6. White background color and black text color. The transparent button didn't work for me for some reason but I will handle that later.

7. Choose slope 1, it is easier to do this in photoshop.

8. You are all set, right-click the image and copy it.

Adding the text to the image
1. Open the picture you want the text to be on up in photoshop

2. Paste the copied text picture onto it using ctrl + v
3. Use the magic wand to select all the white and press delete.

4. Move the picture to where you want it

5. Hold down shift while resizing it to what you want. That way it remains in propotion.

6. Hold down ctrl while you drag the corners to make the 3d effect

7. Reduce the opacity of the layer to about 50%

8. Use the eraser tool to add some realistic difference in opacity.
