The download Is via CNET which Is a very reputable site, so a scan report Is not warranted.

Anyway, @the op, I don't use tools of this nature, but will check It out for Informative purposes.

IObit is rougeware.

They are a commercial company which feeds off copying others. They make inferiour products and their malware removal tool actually got worse from Version 1 to Version 2.

The only good software of theirs is the game booster, and all it does is disable a few components, I suggest you stay away from this product and use Defraggler, and CCleaner from http://www.piriform.com for the lighter optimization.
