Why are you nominating this user?: I personally know this user in real life, we're actually cousins; however I have valid points for nominating him regardless of our personal relationship. Although he may not appear to be the "best" user, I know he has great intentions for everything he does. He wants to become a very high quality member of this great community, but as most know this is a harder task as a non-upgraded member. I believe if he were to be upgraded, this would give him the opportunity to rise up and use his full potential. He is very generous, and enjoys doing contests. He is willing to share any knowledge he has with others, as well as put the time/effort into doing so. Some personal information about him: He name is Joe, and is 17 years old. He is currently resided in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; he will be attending Liberty University college in August and major in Sports Management.
