I came to see this ebook getting dusty in my computer, so since I've not seen it released on here, I'll give it to you :
http://highclouds.fr/fwd/h/spread.pdf

I bought this ebook from another forum some months ago. It's getting a little bit old, but not outdated at all. Really quick Review (I'm tired and bored):

• Originality : 4/10 : it's getting a little bit old

• Understanding : 8/10 : plenty of pictures, and well written:

• Look : 5/10 : But what did you expect with a PDF? Some fonts are annoying, but pictures are so great

• Content : 6/10 : Well explained, covers the main aspects of simple spread, and provides some links

This guide is very noob friendly, very accessible, so don't hesitate to get it.

It basically covers :

• Yahoo spreading

• Torrent spreading

• Omegle spreading

• Chatrooms spreading

For those who aren't newbies, go deeper into spreading by using the search section; I've seen some tinychat/deviantart/facebook/twitter tutorials. You can also request me some mailing methods.
