When I test the connection, it says "*** was not successfully connected to port: 1604", but if I test port 1604 on www.canyouseeme.org it says the port is open?

i see a lot of these tutorials but i somehow never manage to get mine to do anything ... when i build the module, i save to desktop. and what happens is it either says its not a valid win, 32 application, or it loads the egg timer for about a second then stops ... i dont know what to do now =S how to get slaves? please help! thanks :)

Sorry for being noob, I know the general gist of how a RAT works but how do I get slaves? Do I need them to go on a certain site? Or have their IP address?
