Everything has a dependency. It requires .Net 2.0 and 95% of all pc's have .Net 2.0 installed.

Bwhahahaha in your first post you said 90%, now 95% which is it?!?! Not really I'm just giving him a hard time-- pretty much every box that has xp sp2 or later has the .net 2.0 framework pre-installed.
