Great method, but it's missing something.
It's possible to get thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of installs per day. Ensure your bot has the ability to post to a users Facebook wall and all their friends. Once the user has downloaded you post to their wall and their friends wall with "I've downloaded the new Dislike button it's cool. Download it here <unique short url>". Use a unique url per user to ensure FB don't ban links. Also block the Facebook robot (check user-agent) from accessing your page, do a 302 redirect to a random Facebook profile if it's the Facebook bot. Facebook bot automatically follows 302 redirects and wont ban their own urls. By posting to friends walls you ensure your shit goes MEGA viral. On my last Facebook campaign I had over 22 million clicks in 6 days. I wasn't doing installs, but if I had, I would have a lot of users.
