open 445 port and Use Metasploit!
You can only access someone's PC via RATing & Keylogging (Keylogging will only send keystrokes, though). Best you can do with an IP is DDoS the fuck out of it.
how ddos work on someones PC ??

Here's the problem with having someones IP address, 9 out of 10 times it's an IP address associated with their router, which blocks the majority of incoming connections to their PC (which sits behind the router/firewall and usually has a private IP address i.e. 192.168.x.x). You have a couple options:

A.) You could try to connect to their routers configuration page (usually port 8080 and has default passwords) and try to enable port forwarding to allow you to connect directly to their PC. There's a slight possibility that you can exploit their system remotely (even if you manage to exploit something good luck bypassing DEP and ASLR....unless you can write ROP shell-code). This is highly unlikely, even for professional pen-testers.

B.) Or you can go with the path of least resistance; you want to target something that's accessible to the internet and not patched frequently. Third party plug-ins to browsers are the best (i.e. adobe reader, flash, quick-time, etc.). They make tools specifically for script kiddies that allow you to point and click and create a working exploit. You can simply download such tools as: blackhole toolkit, backtrack, metasploit, etc. Generate an exploit using one of these tools, and simply have your target view a malicious webpage or attachment. Generally speaking you can opt for a reverse connect back shell-code that circumvents the firewall.

If you're interested in actually learning how any of this works then feel free to PM me. I can give you several references to research. Hope this helps...
