Couldn't you do like this in cmd instead?
Ping -v igmp "ip" -l 6550 -t
If you have a strong internet that's enough :P

for centos just use yum install perl the rest applies

Lol at perl only running on Ubuntu and CentOS... Do you even know what you are talking about? You could run this script on Windows if you wanted to.

Tip: You can use ElasticHost to setup your free 5 day VPS, this is what I did :D.

All thought you can only Dos for about an hour then you go over your GB limit and they will disable your account until you pay it off. But it takes like 2 seconds for me to make a new account.

those seem to be the biggest pains for knocking offline... id love to do this and be able to setup a guaranteed booter with no hesitation for knocking everyone off xbl when needed but i dont have the money to randomly spend if it wont work 100% ya kno.... plz lemme kno
