is rhost the windows computer and lhost the backtrack computer? and how do i find my IP in backtrack?

rhost = remote host (target)
lhost = local host (attacker)

to see your IP in linux open a terminal and type

Code

ifconfig

eth0 = Ethernet0 (wired)
wlan0 = Wireless ethernet (wireless)
lo0 = loopback address

to change your ip on eth0 you would open a terminal and type:

Code

ifconfig eth0 x.x.x.x

where x.x.x.x is the ip you want.
