Whats "repfucked" and "vacation bans"?

1) Rep fuck is a plugin that is created by omniscient. Our lovely Admin.
What it does? It removes all of your positive reputations and it lets only neutral and negative ( I doubt you know neutral and neg)
2) Vacation ban is requested by users, you ask a staff member to ban your account for a certain time, so when you are away no one will do a shit into your account because his banned.
