I am developing a forum which is a portal for people who are interested in making a blog, blog managers, have interests in blogs etc... I have bought domain, I have hosting and I have MyBB is installed, I'm currently working on the theme at the moment but it would be nice to have some extra help and another admin could be useful.

Application for Graphics Team or Forum Manager: I am not great at making graphics :( But I do love managing forum's . I have been an admin+mod+member of many many forums. I am able to grade graphic's and I am good at knowing what will catch the eye of user's or potential user's (I am good with psychology).

Skills: Psychology, Trouble shooting, Some blogging,People skills (ability too interact with many different groups of people. I am also very good with different nationalities I have lived internationally. USA,UK,ASIA*).
Threats/Weaknesses: I tend to over push myself with amount of projects I take on, I seem to do a lot of "acting" before asking (Will make change's too something, THEN ask if its okay. Although im not too bad at it). Biggest threat, my timezone (asia).
Daily time you spend online: Most of my day. 6+ hours. Asia timezone so I get both USA user's UK user's and Asian user's (good for admin position :] ).
How can you contribute?: Mostly by keeping the forum "cleaned up" (Stopping spam, "hackers"*skids , Rule breaker's). Spend a lot of time working on upgrade's / corrections too the forum or its skin.
Can you help bring in visitors?: Probably. I do not believe in spamming across other sites, This brings bad traffic. My personal approach is contacting people who are looking. Or making good tutorials on other site's which link to yours in the process.
Have you managed other forums?: Yes. Many :)
Is your grammar/spelling good?: It is not the best, but I try too keep it highquality.

Have you managed other forums?: I have managed & owned a few forums in the past, a few of my own & a few of my friends but all have since shut down, which is why im looking to join the staff of a new forum & help it grow. I was going to create a new forum of my own but due to a lack of being able to find a good host i have decided against it.

Is your grammar/spelling good?: I can use proper grammar & spelling when it comes down to it, most of the time i type to fast & post the message without reading through my text, however when i am running a site i always double & triple check my spelling & grammar

Threats/Weaknesses: I sometimes get bored quite easily, and I tend to focus on other things when i'm doing stuff. But i'll try my hardest not to.
Daily time you spend online: Whenever i'm free, as I have nothing much to do. I get home at 4 from school, and I stay on till about 10:30, so 6 and a half hours, on weekends I come on at like 2, and can stay on till 1 in the morning, but I tend to have breaks, but it's usually my choice.
How can you contribute?: I can create banners, keep the forum professionally handled, and ban any advertiser/spammer on the forum.
Can you help bring in visitors?: Yes, I can advertise, through videos, other forums etc.
Have you managed other forums?: Yes, I have created a Runescape Forum that didn't last that long, only about a month
