I can't crack this hash? I'm sure it's a hash! [Help]

Good luck getting a deface in. I didn't look too hard, but what I did look at, I couldn't find an admin page. I hope you're secure and protected before you attempt to deface an american .gov website. If you do deface it, I'd recommend you don't claim you hacked it, considering me and a few other groups have already used vulns to harvest the information. I personally don't care, but the other teams may take offence to it.

Also I did find admin page for the .gov site. It was pretty easy, just use an admin page finder for CMD ;). I'm going to probably deface it to make it SOPA PIPA protest page.

ProXPN records everythnig you do and it's not very useful. And why would you deface for PIPA/SOPA it would just provoke them to push harder.
ProXPN may not leave logs on your computer, but the server you connect through keeps logs of your IP connected to them, which can easily be obtained by the government through means of the legal system. Considering that it connects you through a server in the US, the server can be confiscated and logs can be used in court. If you were going to deface any .gov site, I'd use use multiple connections through a botnet, connecting from computer to computer to cover your tracks. You may want to reconsider, I don't believe you know the extent of hacking the government.
Guys, I'm telling you now, don't use VPN's. They might say they don't monitor you, but VPN companies such as Veralinx will COOPERATE with the law, and probably hand over your IP address and info to the Bureau. I advise you to use a SOCKS proxy.

Also, if you do commit cyber-crime, look at your state-laws so you know what your going up against if you get caught.

Happy Hacking.
