I close blackshades and open back (or restart/shutdown computer) and I lose all my connections... WTH!

Could someone please help me? This is ridiculous.

P.S. My No-IP is setup and running and my server is setup to it.

Really weird, if you keep having trouble think about buying fusion no problems with it.
