This is the messiest virus scanner i've ever seen. It's just a bunch of if's, one for each definition in your "database". Why aren't you loading a file, and looping through the definitions?!

It detects more viruses and uses less space than his method!!!! It also has a lot of false positives too. I haven't removed the bug that doesn't allow it to delete System files yet. I'm thinking about doing it in the next release!!! (Sorry it isn't in vb, I like c# better and face it, it makes for less characters of code!!!)

hey man where did you find the list of viruses.. like to make the av scan for them where did you find all the names and directories?

and ofc he doesn't have a database but obviously he did a lot of work in re writing these lines of codes so give him some slack lol.. (not saying I could do better?)

and the guy a little above, you said he doesn't have a database just if statements, how do you make a database and what's it suppose to do or make different?
