Norton and MalwareBytes detect this as a virus. Is this safe?

MalwareBytes isn't detecting it anymore just Norton, i'm running it sandboxed and going to test it thanks for the file.
-Edit- The program works great, if i spam send this to an email will it eventually be marked as spam, if i use gmail?

Hey, I recently Email-Bombed my teacher. They shut his account down. Don't know what they will do, But I eve-droped on him. He was saying that the Computer tec. at my school is going to find out. BTW I opened 3 and they sent 16 thousand EACH. Could I get caught.

Could you send me the first version? I don't like how this one puts random characters in the subject and title. Also, the emails go straight into mine and my friends hotmail junk folder
