I maybe be wrong, but PHPSESSID cookies are just that. They are session cookies and are random and change for each time the user leaves the site via closing of the browser. So I'm not sure how this would work. I could be wrong. I'm not a PHP expert though. :(

Depends on the session configuration setting. Usually, 10-20 mins.
