Cant delete a file [I think im infected][FIXED]

Does this mean im infected and the rat is open or something? Please help me remove it and delete this file

I mounted it from "magic disk" or something then uninstalled that and got daemon tools but I can't unmount it.
Anyways I used MalwareBytesAntiMalware's file assassin tool and deleted it. Thanks anyways!
