I would find it hilarious if you attempted to make a scam dispute because someone scanned it.
1) How would you possible find out if it was scanned.
2) Good luck getting any staff to do anything about it.
Also, negative reputation for not following your "rules" seems a tad immature.

(I'm not hating on this service or the member, just the silly 'rules' i have not tired the service nor can i vouch for it)
