He's not saying it's impossible. He just doesn't think Java is a very good language to use. I agree, I think it would make a pretty inefficient Brute Forcer compared to like C or something.

In my opinion, C is overused and overestimated. Few people use Java todays compared to the C/C# users.

On topic: A brute force in Java would problably be effective but I dont think you could earn that much in it, unless you add some special features/tweaks to it.
