That ram is super high performance, If you ever find 1600Mhz ram with lower than a 9 Cas latency you know you can overclock it like crazy shit fast. Especially since it has a latency of 7, Meaning you can up it to 9 and get about 1866-2133Mhz out of it with 1.65v.
AKA This might look kinda goofy being yellow but its some fast shit, and great for overclocking.

Other than the Ram, As Bengali will soon tell you the 7870 is "DA bomb." That guy can overclock it like a banshee.. Especially with the nice dual fan + Extra thick radiator.

The only reasons I wouldn't recommend that Ram is that it has a 9-9-9-24 @ 1600Mhz, meaning to get anyhting higher you need to hit A Cas of 10 which will most usually auto set to 11-9-10-26, AKA you dont want that. The higher the Cas latency the longer the ram cycles to make contact with the CPU's memory controller.

Im just saying, but These guys have no idea about ram.. Their just going by name brand stuff. But feel free about going about research you will find that the Mushkin is much higher Quality.

I have the same one in my office (Non gaming). And its Awesome. Super reliable, and nice resolution. The brightness settings are really nice too because they don't give that faded affect when on higher levels.
