I've read over this guide for this guy. I must say, it explains it pretty well. I'm sure he'll also help you with the spreading if you ask, not doing it for you, but assisting you in some ways. For $5 this is a good read, it's not really too good in grammar (he's probably not a native English speaker), but that's fine. It's still a good book, it's actually a .document file, but you should really check it out.

I'd give it an 8/10 overall for the content.
